Refund

At Moderna Living, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns and cancellations under the following conditions:

1. 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if it isn't the right fit for your home.

Full Refund: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

Opened or Used Items: If the item has been unpacked or used, a £60 restocking and delivery fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and logistics.

To Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

2. Cancellations
Because we prioritize efficient delivery and bespoke preparation, we have a specific window for order changes.

Pre-Production Cancellation: To receive a full refund, your order must be cancelled before it has been made.

Post-Production/Transit: If an order is cancelled after it has been manufactured or dispatched, it will be treated as a return, and the £60 restocking and delivery fee will apply.

3. Refund Processing
We know you value a quick turnaround on your funds.

5-Day Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, or your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Payment Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
