1. Delivery Options
Standard Delivery – UK Mainland
Cost: Free
Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days
Service: Delivered using our dedicated courier network.
Express Delivery – UK Mainland
Cost: £50
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Availability: Available for selected UK Mainland postcodes and eligible products only.
Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday–Friday are normally processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Cost: £65
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days
Delivery to Northern Ireland is available for a fixed delivery charge of £65. This charge will always be shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Remote and Offshore Areas
Delivery to some remote or offshore areas may take longer and may require a different delivery service.
Any additional delivery charges will always be shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
2. Delivery Process
As many products are made to order, production and dispatch times may vary depending on the item selected.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery updates where available. Our delivery team or courier may contact you to arrange or confirm your delivery date.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
3. Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
The delivery address is correct
There is suitable access to the property for delivery
Doorways, staircases, lifts, and access routes are suitable for the item ordered
Someone is available to receive the delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, failed access, or no one being available to receive the order, a re-delivery fee may apply.
4. Packaging and Assembly
Products are delivered securely packaged for transit protection.
Items will arrive flat-packed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Assembly services may be available as an optional paid extra where stated on the relevant product page.
5. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate, including a replacement, repair, refund, or replacement parts.
6. Delivery Delays
We aim to meet the estimated delivery times shown on our website. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruption, weather conditions, traffic, stock availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will keep you updated where possible.
