At Moderna Living, we are committed to delivering your luxury furniture with care and efficiency. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent process from our workshop to your bedroom.

1. Free UK Delivery
Cost: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders.

Service: This includes our professional 2-man delivery service to ensure your items are handled with care.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days.

Updates: You will receive regular updates, including a confirmation call within 24 hours of your order and a scheduling call one day before delivery.

On the Day: Our drivers will call you approximately one hour before arrival to ensure you are ready to receive your items.

3. Packaging & Assembly
To ensure we can navigate narrow hallways and stairs easily, our products are delivered using a specific method:

Flat-Packed: All beds are delivered flat-packed for your convenience.

Unboxed Delivery: Please note that our beds are not delivered in large cardboard boxes. Instead, they are securely wrapped and protected to allow for easier handling and to reduce waste at your property.

Assembly: Most beds are designed for quick and easy self-assembly.

Note: We provide complimentary professional assembly for all beds featuring a headboard 70 inches or higher.

4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses.

Non-Mainland: If you require delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands, please contact us at hello@modernaliving.co.uk for a bespoke quote before ordering.

5. Tracking & Security
All deliveries are fully tracked.

A signature is required upon delivery to confirm that your items have arrived safely and in good condition.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
We ask that you inspect your items immediately upon arrival.

If you notice any damage or missing components, please notify our team within 48 hours.

Please email hello@modernaliving.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
