5-Year Warranty Policy

At MODERNA LIVING, we are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To give you added peace of mind, we offer a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty begins from the original date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser only.

 

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects that arise during normal domestic use, including:

Manufacturing defects in frames, stitching, foam, and structural components
Mechanical faults in recliner mechanisms, where applicable
Defects in materials or workmanship
Warranty Remedy

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, MODERNA LIVING will, at its discretion, offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

Repair of the affected product
Replacement of the affected product or part
A refund, where repair or replacement is not appropriate

Any refund offered will be based on the original purchase price paid for the affected product.

We reserve the right to inspect the item, request further evidence, or arrange an assessment before approving any warranty claim.

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or neglect
Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, discolouration, or softening of foam
Damage caused by pets, spills, stains, or unauthorised modifications
Products used for commercial or non-domestic purposes
Issues resulting from failure to follow care or usage instructions
Accidental damage or damage caused after delivery
