All MODERNA LIVING products are handmade and made to order. We offer free standard delivery across the UK Mainland (6–9 business days from dispatch), express delivery for £50 on selected products, and delivery to Northern Ireland for £65 (6–12 business days from dispatch). Delivery to remote and offshore locations may also be available for an additional charge. We also offer a 60-day returns policy on all products. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery before sending it back. A £60 collection fee applies to change-of-mind returns, while returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items are collected free of charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

All MODERNA LIVING products come with a 5 year warranty. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty claim process. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
